Advyth and Caryn presented data exploration & analysis in the context of our research project CHRRP! Students learned about the workflow of taking data from a research project and transforming it into something biologically meaningful, using statistical techniques (R Studio).
We used last year's CHRRP data to demonstrate how to clean and review data. If you are interested in going through the coding exercises, please email Advyth ([email protected]) to receive the data and scripts!

We discussed the background of our current research project, CHRRP, as well as our plans for the project this quarter. Additionally, we talked about the other workshops/events for the winter quarter and announced that the application to attend the annual spring break field trip is open!
