Advyth and Caryn presented data exploration & analysis in the context of our research project CHRRP! Students learned about the workflow of taking data from a research project and transforming it into something biologically meaningful, using statistical techniques (R Studio). 

We used last year's CHRRP data to demonstrate how to clean and review data. If you are interested in going through the coding exercises, please email Advyth (arama031@ucr.edu) to receive the data and scripts!
